Japanese firm Hakuhodo acquires AdGlobal360, aims to expand global footprints

Japanese advertising giant Hakuhodo Inc has acquired India’s fastest-growing advertising firm -AdGlobal360 for an undisclosed amount. The previous year, Deloitte ranked AdGlobal360 as the fastest growing MarTech Company. This is the first acquisition in India by Hakuhodo Inc which is planning to expand its digital and technical footprints in the country.

While speaking on the development, the President of Hakuhodo International, Nobuaki Kondo said, “We are very happy to welcome longtime partner AGL into the Hakuhodo family. We look forward to working even more closely with AGL, as our companies learn from each other and strive toward offering the best digital marketing solutions to clients in India”. He also added that the Japanese firm is one of the few agencies in India that offers communication and business solutions to clients that integrates skill sets into a single structure.

Headquartered in Gurgaon, AdGlobal360 offers end to end digital solutions to its clients across the industries. The company employees over 450 creative heads on the floor. Hakuhodo Inc., on the other hand, is an integrated advertising and communication agency with presence in over 17 countries and employees over 5500 people across the world. Headquartered in Japan, it is the second-largest marketing company in the East Asian Country and was established in 1895.
