Nano forum

Students of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, had an interactive session on nanotechnology with A P J Abdul Kalam, former President. Kalam discussed at length about nanorobots, CNT’s, solar cells and nuclear and biofuels. He also answered queries of participants in the field of nanotechnology, global warming and energy scenario in general.

On the occasion, the college also announced the introduction of a short-term add-on course in nanotechnology for science students to apprise them of the latest technologies which has changed the face of the world in the last 100 years.

“The introduction of such vocational courses would benefit students along with the study of their basic degree,” said A S Reddy, principal, Sri Venkateswara College.
