Nitin Sethi resigns from Quikr to join Indigo Airlines as VP

Nitin Sethi, vice president, product design and user experience, Quikr, has reportedly quit the organization. April 13 was his last working day with Quikr. He has now joined Indigo Airlines as vice president digital.

Speaking about his new role with the airline that was founded by Rahul Bhatia , CEO of InterGlobe Enterprises; and Rakesh Gangwal, a US bases expat Indian in 2006, Sethi said, “I will be leading IndiGo Airlines’ digital transformation. We want to upscale our customer experience through all digital touch points.”

Commenting on his prior experience with Quikr, Sethi said, “I spent about three years at Quikr. I have established the product design and user experience for the company and we have seen through 11 acquisitions and successful verticalisation.”

Specializing in digital transformation, Sethi has over 18 years of experience. Prior to Quikr, he was working with CommonFloor.com as the head of product design and experience. Before that, he worked with Appigizer as an investor and mentor. He also served as head of product and user experience at Dazzlr and group head, consumer experience and design at Yatra. Info Edge India (Naukri.com Group), India Art Village, Babyoye.com, Dainik Bhaskar Group, Prism Education, Mega Softwares, rediff.com, Times Internet, and Bharti Airtel are some of the other companies that Sethi has worked with.
