Reebok launches the first ever technology-infused sports bra that adapts to your body according to workout

Reebok, a world renowned name in the fitness industry, as launched PureMobe Bra: a groundbreaking bra, that adapts to the body, depending on the intensity of the workout. Making use of the brand’s new proprietary Motion Sense Technology, it is treated with Sheer Thickening Fluid (STF), a gel-like solution that takes a liquid form when working out at lower intensities and solidifies a higher intensity. This unique property makes the fabric adapt to the body’s shape, velocity of the breast tissue, and the movement.

Providing customized amount of support, this revolutionary product has come to life just over 40 years after the first sports bra came to market. The evolution has resulted in a technology that makes the bra provide women just the right amount of support, whenever and wherever they need it. In partnership with the University of Delaware, the design took 3 years to perfect and finalize.

In a press release, Danielle Witek, senior innovation apparel designer at Reebok, said, “At the same time, it doesn’t have a ton of conspicuous bells and whistles. Many would assume that the more support a sports bra gives would equate to the more fabric, straps or hooks it’s comprised of. However, by utilizing our Motion Sense Technology, PureMove’s design is quite deliberately the opposite.”

A comfortable, simple, and lightweight design that goes with any workout look, Reebok has teamed up with three of Hollywood’s formidable fitness partners including Gigi Hadid, Gal Gadot and Nathalie Emmanuel.

The Reebok PureMove Bra, along with the patented fabric, has other benefits too. The responsive support fabric reacts to the body’s movements and provides assistance accordingly. The bra is made up of seven unique fabric pieces that take shape according to the body, and give a barely-there feel. The moulded front panel and second-skin fit helps in free movement, and breathable perforations in front and back help keep cool, in any level of physical activity.

It will be available in multiple sizes starting from XS and can be purchased from reebok.com, along with selected Reebok outlets.
