Hinduja Company Global Solutions Limited all set to expand its operations in Mysuru

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS), one of the leading conglomerates has announced its plans of expansion covering Mysuru and the addition of 300 new jobs for customer care support by December. The Hinduja company provides a full suite of Business Process Management (BPM) services from traditional voice contact center services and transformational DigiCX services that are unifying customer engagement to platform-based, back-office services and digital marketing solutions. The Hinduja company enjoys formidable presence across the globe with over 40,000 employees and its operations spread over 66 worldwide locations. HGS, Hinduja company  expertise spans the telecommunications and media, healthcare, insurance, banking, consumer electronics and technology, retail, consumer packaged goods industries and the public sector.

Service is a two-way conversation, and DigiCX provides the tools to meet the needs of customers before they even know they have them. It employs advanced artificial intelligence to provide dynamic self-service. The company has also won a contract from a leading global retailer to support its customers from Mysuru.

According to Press Release note; “Mysuru has a huge talent base of graduates and HGS is looking to leverage this pool to provide comprehensive customer experience solutions to our clients. HGS has launched a large-scale recruitment campaign to attract local candidates looking for roles in the customer service industry.”

“Being one of the oldest and largest business process management (BPM) companies to tap Mysuru, HGS entered the city in 2006 with 120 employees, supporting a telecom giant, and has steadily expanded its delivery capability. “Today, the company has over 600 people in Mysuru, providing a range of services, including voice support,” the press note added.
