Siliconindia organized Chennai Real Estate Awards 2014 on October 31, 2014 where numerous land developers were awarded for their impeccable contribution in the realty industry. The event took place in The Accord Metropolitian Hotel, Chennai. Siliconindia is almost 2 decades old media house.
COO and Publisher of siliconindia, Alok Chaturvedi inaugurated the observance where 100 real estate developers from Chennai and 10 from Coimbatore were nominated but only a few were able to bag the prestigious awards across number of categories.
The jury was consisted of Dr. Jessy Rooby, Bakianathun, Alok Chaturvedi and Virupakshi Pattar, who are associated with siliconindia, Hindustan University and RE/MAX.
The winners were qualified based on the facets of their innovation, quality, reliability technology and continuous improvements. Some categories were also instituted so as to encourage infrastructure development, foreign investments in the local bodies & real estate growth and companies.
