Shriram Properties received 2 ‘Real Estate Excellence’ Awards by Assocham

BENGALURU, SEPT 21:  

Shriram Properties, the property development arm of the Rs. 90,000-crore Shriram Group, headquartered at Bangalore, has been recognized as the ‘Best Developer’ in the southern region for the third successive year. Also, they have been recognized as ‘The Most Transparent Developer’ in southern region by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham) while determining Housing Excellence Awards of the country.

Shriram Properties has received the real estate excellence awards for three successive years in recognition of its merits and contribution to the Indian real estate sector.

Union Urban Development and Housing Minister M Venkaiah Naidu presented the awards to S S Asokan, Executive Director, Shriram Properties, at the national summit on ‘Housing for All’ organized by Assocham in New Delhi this month.

Speaking on the occasion, Asokan Executive Director, Shriram Properties, said: “We view these awards not only as recognition of what we have accomplished till date, but also as a call to further excel. Our wish is to always remain as the most trusted, respected and transparent developer meeting with the expectancy of all our customers and stakeholders.”
