One of the leading emergency healthcare service providers in the country, Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd managed to save over 70 lives by responding promptly to the tragic accidents in Jharkhand.
Ziqitza ensured timely availability of medical aid to the people who were injured in the accident. As soon as the two bus accidents were reported in Garhwa and Chatra districts of Jharkhand, the company sprang into action and deployed 17 ambulances which reached the location within 15 minutes of receiving the first emergency call. All the injured people were shifted to the nearby hospitals within the Golden Hour to save the precious lives.
Golden hour is the most crucial hour post an accident. A total of 50 employees worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of the injured people by providing medical aid to them within a short span of time.
Ziqitza healthcare Ltd operates 108 helpline service in the state, which caters to all the emergency healthcare needs of the locals.
Talking about the incident, Sumit Basu, Project Head, Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd. said, “Such incidents bring to the fore the need for emergency medical services in remote parts of the country, which can swing into action quickly and provide the necessary medical care. Ziqitza is uniquely equipped to respond to such situations through an extensive network of ambulances and medical responders”.
“We operate around 300 ambulances in just the state of Jharkhand and each emergency medical unit is equipped with a team of paramedics and technicians that meet the standards of New York Presbyterian Emergency Medical Service and The London Ambulance Service,” he added.
