Divided into two lines, the pink line spans 8.5 kilometers from Nanakramguda to the Telangana State Police Academy (TSPA). In contrast, the blue line stretches 14.5 kilometers from the Narsinghi hub to Kollur. This project reduces electricity costs for the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) by harnessing the sun’s energy. It contributes to a cleaner and greener future.

Installing elevated solar panels along Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road (ORR) presented unique challenges. Hyderabad’s fluctuating radiation levels, which resulted in approximately 40 days of low power production, required a system designed to compensate for these fluctuations.
