Sources confirm that Bengaluru’s leading real estate Brigade Group, which has already secured a license from WTCA for setting up a WTC in Hyderabad, along with Kochi, Thiruvanantha-puram and Chennai is going to work in collaboration with the government, to transform Hyderabad into Global City. Over and above, it is expected that each tower of WTC-Hyderabad will have about 30 to 35 floors and state-of-the-art infrastructure to promote international business. It will also become a part of WTCs’ network, which are spread over 100 countries across the world.

Industries Minister, Jupally Krishna Rao confirmed that requisite measures have been taken to allot the land for building the WTC towers. He further mentioned, “We are planning to propose the WTC project in the Budget to be presented in March. Around Rs 300 crore would be required for this project. The government will work out modalities for executing the project in PPP mode.”

Janaharsha Estates reviews that establishment of its own WTC in Hyderabad will boost standard of living of the people as more commercial activities would be undertaken whilst generate better job opportunities for the youth. Janaharsha Estates also agrees that Hyderabad will eventually become global hub for international businesses and would utilize the skills of locals to grow further.
